Our friends at Burkholder Flint asked us to produce this national ad so people know to donate an old vehicle to help critically ill children and their families during hospital stays. The Canon 5D was used with some KinoFlo lighting support. Fortunately the director's appendix waited to burst until after the last scene was shot.
